We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility & Coverage

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

2. Return Window & Product Condition

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in new condition — unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached. Items that are not in new condition will not be accepted.

3. How to Return

All returns are processed by mail. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization number and mailing instructions.

Return shipping label: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

4. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 25% of the product price will be deducted from your refund on all returns.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personalized products, intimate items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.
